The Blair Horizontal Form Fill & Seal (BHFFS) machines are capable of filling many pouch types.

Fin Sealed   These include standard three and four side sealed fin pouches.

Gusset Sealed    Pouches with gussets up to 2" (50.8mm).

Tandem Pouch   A pouch with a vertical seal, creating two smaller pouches. This doubles the pouches per minute output. Two filler heads are required.

Stand Up    A free standing pouch. An economical substitute for a bottle. 

Zipper    In this application, zipper material is fed from a separate roll and heat welded to the web material, or pre-applied zipper material may be used.

The BHFFS is a versatile machine that can accommodate multiple fillers and a variety of filler types; i.e. auger, volumetric, paste and liquid pumps.

The products include  liquids, powders, granules, creams and pastes.
